This guy is legit!  Ojen was a miracle worker today.  

I shattered the screen on my iPhone 7 and took it to the Apple store at the mall for repairs.  After holding onto my phone for hours, Apple told me that they would not repair my phone because the moisture indicator (or something like that) was triggered.  In other words, I got the phone wet while the screen was cracked.  They COULD repair my phone.  But it was against their policy.

In any event, the phone worked fine when I gave it to Apple.  When they returned it, the home button was broken.

Because I need to have my phone with me at all times for work, dropping off my phone during the week for repairs is problematic.  I looked online and none of the places that repair phones were open.  Then, my car battery died. I was stuck at the mall waiting for AAA.

Ojen to the rescue. He came to me -- in a very irritating situation, as I was stuck in a mall garage.  (We all know what a zoo these garages are.)  He was a complete gentleman, and he fixed my phone in less than an hour in his car. The home button now works!  And the phone looks like it's brand new!  It feels like a new phone. Ojen was patient and a pleasure to work with.

This guy knows what he is doing.  I would 1000% recommend Ojen.

He was absolutely fantastic and so helpful. I had tried to replace the battery myself in my iphone7 and of course it didn't go quite as planned and my phone was stuck in a loop of turning off and on. Ojen very patiently walked me through what I did right/what might have gone wrong, and answered all my questions while he was working on my phone. He clearly knows a lot about iphones, and also seems genuinely interested in his work, which makes me feel comfortable leaving something so necessary to my everyday life in his care.

He responded immediately when I asked for a quote on Yelp, and even came to me for the repair so I didn't have to navigate to the store without a phone!
