If I could give this guy six stars I would. Great service... absolutely great, fast friendly service! If I ever need this service done again there is no place I'd rather go. I was freaking out because my phone wasn't working and this guy tended to all my needs and comforted me like a customer wants to be treated and comforted.

  That feeling as you pick up your phone after you drop it, screen side down ...  hoping this isn't the unlucky drop that's setting you back the cost of a new phone or expensive repair.
Well, let me tell you how thankful I am to have found Ojen's mobile phone repair service!! He was quick to respond to my initial inquiries, gave me a reasonable quote for the service and it was most convenient because he brought his services to me. Ojen was on time, friendly/professional, and very patient with answering all of my questions.
I am confident that the whole process was as painless as having to get a cracked iPhone screen repaired could possibly be.
It's a service you never want to need, but I definitely feel more at ease knowing there's a convenient and reasonably priced option out there if I ever need my phone fixed again.

  This guy is legit!  Ojen was a miracle worker today.  

I shattered the screen on my iPhone 7 and took it to the Apple store at the mall for repairs.  After holding onto my phone for hours, Apple told me that they would not repair my phone because the moisture indicator (or something like that) was triggered.  In other words, I got the phone wet while the screen was cracked.  They COULD repair my phone.  But it was against their policy.

In any event, the phone worked fine when I gave it to Apple.  When they returned it, the home button was broken.

Because I need to have my phone with me at all times for work, dropping off my phone during the week for repairs is problematic.  I looked online and none of the places that repair phones were open.  Then, my car battery died. I was stuck at the mall waiting for AAA.

Ojen to the rescue. He came to me -- in a very irritating situation, as I was stuck in a mall garage.  (We all know what a zoo these garages are.)  He was a complete gentleman, and he fixed my phone in less than an hour in his car. The home button now works!  And the phone looks like it's brand new!  It feels like a new phone. Ojen was patient and a pleasure to work with.

This guy knows what he is doing.  I would 1000% recommend Ojen.
