I called and asked how much a screen repair would be on an iPhone X and the man on the phone immediately quoted me $299 without any questions. $299 is MORE than what apple charges out of warranty for the same issue!
I told him that was above Apples price because I its got off the phone with them and he goes "k go with Apple then".
Not only do they overcharge, they are extremely RUDE! I encourage you NOT to get any service done here.
Updating my review just because of how amazing Ojen is! Although I just had my phone fixed, I had an unfortunate mishap like two weeks in at like 11pm and so, of course, I immediately text Ojen for help. I didn't expect him to be able to fix it until the next but he was super responsive and drove over to save the day! If you need a go to IT guy who will take the stress out of any issues with your iphone Ojen is the one.
Ojen repaired my screen within hours of calling him. I appreciate his sense of urgency and how convenient he made the whole process. He worked with my schedule and did the job diligently. He is a great guy and I would def recommend him to my friends.
