  Absolutely the best iPhone repair in Los Angeles.  I've used them twice now and each time they are quick to respond, on time and do a great repair job.  I thought I'd have to get a new phone but I'm so happy I could repair it!

  After breaking the screen on my iPhone, I planned to use the insurance that I purchased through Sprint but it would have cost me $200 for the deductible plus another $40 to repair it - not to mention the time it would have taken me to book an appt at the Apple Store, etc.

I reached out for a quote and Ojen got right back to me, and we planned for him to come by my office the next day. He arrived promptly on time and worked from his "car office" right in our Guest Parking lot. He was done in about 30 mins and took time to let me test it out / inspect his work. I was incredibly impressed! The new screen looks fantastic - he even gave me a free screen cover to prevent future breaks.

Ojen saved my phone in less than an hour (including appt setting!) and for more than half the cost of using my Sprint iPhone Repair insurance. So thankful to have found him and would recommend him to anyone!

They were beyond accommodating to meeting with me after work which is awesome considering most (if not all) repair stores close by 7pm. Their in home repairs are sooo convenient and affordable.   Oh man, learned something new today: mobile mobile phone repair.  Lol. Contacted Ojen, got a quote. He was like, "I come to you." And I was like, "Yo, I don't have to leave the house?" Be aware, if you go the shop there's a $20 coupon. If he comes to you it's a $10 discount. Anyhow, the man came out, introduced himself and did the thing.  Maybe took 40 minutes? Puts a screen protector on too? 90 day warranty?  $89 and he's off.  Bet! Check the photo.  Turned it on, tested it. Looks great to me.  Now mom can use GPS in Toyota... which only has Apple Auto

  Called last minute for an quote on a repair regarding my iPhone 7. This repair  location had a responsive team and friendly operation. They are certified and carry Apple merch and warranty all their parts. Unlike other third party repair kiosks, I asked for OEM screen because it was offered to me and afterward they showed me the difference in quality. Way better. Ask for original and you'll notice the difference. It's worth the extra few bucks in my opinion.

Everywhere else I've gone they've used knockoffs. Love that they're local!

  If I could give this guy six stars I would. Great service... absolutely great, fast friendly service! If I ever need this service done again there is no place I'd rather go. I was freaking out because my phone wasn't working and this guy tended to all my needs and comforted me like a customer wants to be treated and comforted.

  Great service, this is my second time using this service and I think it's absolutely wonderful. I've dealt with other companies that do iPhone repair. Ojen is was extremely knowledgable and helped me with setting up my iTunes because I had LCD damage so my phone goofed up when I dropped it. I'm convinced he can fix anything.I know 3 different people with broken iPhones and you will be hearing from them very soon. Keep up the great work.

  This guy is legit!  Ojen was a miracle worker today.  

I shattered the screen on my iPhone 7 and took it to the Apple store at the mall for repairs.  After holding onto my phone for hours, Apple told me that they would not repair my phone because the moisture indicator (or something like that) was triggered.  In other words, I got the phone wet while the screen was cracked.  They COULD repair my phone.  But it was against their policy.

In any event, the phone worked fine when I gave it to Apple.  When they returned it, the home button was broken.

Because I need to have my phone with me at all times for work, dropping off my phone during the week for repairs is problematic.  I looked online and none of the places that repair phones were open.  Then, my car battery died. I was stuck at the mall waiting for AAA.

Ojen to the rescue. He came to me -- in a very irritating situation, as I was stuck in a mall garage.  (We all know what a zoo these garages are.)  He was a complete gentleman, and he fixed my phone in less than an hour in his car. The home button now works!  And the phone looks like it's brand new!  It feels like a new phone. Ojen was patient and a pleasure to work with.

This guy knows what he is doing.  I would 1000% recommend Ojen.

  Phone repair service that comes to you, what a deal! Ojen is an expert in what he does, I've fortunately and unfortunately have cracked my screen twice within the last year and both times he was very timely in his repairs and reasonable in the price.

You gotta think about it, if you drop it off at Apple you could be without a phone for days but with this service you could be up and running as soon as 30 mins! He'll def be my goto iPhone repair dude for my friends and I.

  I called and asked how much a screen repair would be on an iPhone X and the man on the phone immediately quoted me $299 without any questions. $299 is MORE than what apple charges out of warranty for the same issue!

I told him that was above Apples price because I its got off the phone with them and he goes "k go with Apple then".

Not only do they overcharge, they are extremely RUDE! I encourage you NOT to get any service done here.

  Ojen was a god send. My fixed phone works great, he came to me, did the work quickly and the price was very reasonable.

  These folks made it fast and easy to get my cracked iPhone screen repaired. Offered a very competitive rate via yelp quote request and honored it even tho it was a considerable discount from regular price. While he said it'd take 20 min, ended up more like 40 min, still pretty darn convenient for a walk up repair. Also, gave me more than enough time to pig out on a Cuban sandwich from Versailles next door.
